I blinked, and now it is February. Last year seems so far away and yet simultaneously it seems like only yesterday. February will fly even faster, and before we know it, my favourite seasons of the year will be here: autumn and winter are just around the corner.
It's still pretty early to establish a true sense of what 2012 will be about for me, but from what January has shown me, it's going to be a pretty happy and positive year from a mind, body and soul point of view.
