I made a trip to see Thom Stuart's Backgrounds exhibition at the Love Love Studios in Teneriffe. Apart from being an experienced designer, having worked for Brisbane design agencies Oblong + Sons and Bright Yellow, he is also a passionate painter. Below are some photos I took of the evening. My favourite piece was "Old Circles are Sick of Us" (the wreath-like painting, a photo of which you can see below).
